Initial Consultation

Complimentary Meeting at your site to discuss the project design concerns, project feasibility and budgeting

PHASE 1 - Preliminary Design/Feasibility Design

  • Develop Preliminary Program, outline specification and preconstruction project schedule
  • Develop a Preliminary Construction Budget
  • Assist in the Architect Selection Process

PHASE 2 - Design Development

  • Attend meetings with the architect and the client
  • Updating the budget providing feedback as the design develops
  • Update client on the preconstruction schedule
  • Provide feedback to the architect and the client on design develops

PHASE 3 - Construction Drawings

  • Attend scheduled meetings with the client and the architect
  • Assist in refining product specifications and cost implications
  • Provide final cost estimate with a set of allowances
  • Assist client and designer final material selections
  • Update client on preconstruction schedule
  • Develop detailed construction schedule based on final working drawings
  • Provide a final Construction Cost

PHASE 4 - Construction

  • Obtain permits for job
  • Weekly meetings with client and maintain updated schedules
  • Coordinate subcontractors
  • Maintain Dust Separation
  • Pre-determined scheduled Payments
  • Punch List completed
  • Final Payment Received

PHASE 5 - Warranty

  • 60 Day Home Review Meeting
  • 11 Month Home Review Meeting
  • 22 Month Home Review Meeting
