Phyllis Michaels is the founder and managing member of Crescendo Builders a multi-faceted new home builder and remodeler focusing on delivering to its client’s quality in construction, a good value for the money and excellent quality service. Phyllis has been building new homes, remodeling and building additions to existing homes for over 34 years.
With a Bachelor of Design degree from the University Of Florida School Of Architecture, Phyllis is committed to ensuring that each and every product she builds exudes a rare blend of sensitivity, practicality, style, and energy efficiency within the owner’s budget.
Phyllis is an active member of the Maryland National Capital Home Builders Association (MNCBIA).
Phyllis lives in the Bethesda area and has one daughter and a dog.
