Building a Partnership
Our signature pledge ensures a rare blend of partnering with the customer, design professionals, and the builder. Our philosophy is to work hand-in-hand with our customers and a team of professional before, during and after the home is build to create a home of timeless elegance. Before we begin construction we hold an Owners Pre-Construction meeting to answer any of your questions. As the home develops and as it nears completion we invite you to take part in three scheduled inspections. When we build a new home we schedule three additional meetings during the warranty period. Renovation and additions we schedule two additional meeting during the warranty period.
To enhance our communication, Crescendo Builders developed a “Homeowner’s Manual” as a reference guide to assist you through the home buying process. Whether your process starts with the design of a custom home or renovation or at the construction of your project, using this essential tool is key to becoming an active participant in the home building process. After you move in the manual will become a handy reference guide to living in and caring for your new home.

We are proud to offer our customers energy efficient homes that have earned the Energy Star label. Our energy Star labeled homes perform better for you and the environment thanks to a variety of energy efficient features that can include: increased insulation, higher performance windows, tighter construction, tighter ducts, and energy efficient heating and cooling equipment. There Energy Star labeled homes are independently verified by a third party to ensure compliance with EPA’s strict guidelines. In addition, we strive to bring “Green Design” into each new home and renovation we build.
Total Care Warranty
The Crescendo Builders Total Care Warranty is one of the most comprehensive in the industry. Simply stated; during the first two years of your new home or renovation, should your home need service repair outside the normal wear and tear of home maintenance, we will take care of it.
