Our Total Care Warranty Program is one of the most comprehensive in the industry. Simply stated: during the first two years, should your new field constructed home need service, repair outside the normal wear and tear of home maintenance, we will take care of it. In addition, during the first five years should your new field constructed home require structural repairs, we’ll take care of that, too. Conditions and exclusions apply, so please refer to the Builders Limited Warranty for specific details.
